根据产品作业指导书焊接铝型材，根据维护计划定期维护FSW机器。
Weld aluminium profile according to the working instruction of a production.
Conduct regular maintenance on FSW equipment according to the maintenance plan.
职责
Responsibilities
1. 搬运型材，检查型材质量。
Convey profile and inspect the quality of profile.
2. 开机前检查润滑油，并填写维护记录表。
Check the lubrication before turning on the machine, and fill in the maintenance records.
3. 根据工作订单编制焊接加工程序，选择焊接刀具，调整夹具，按照先进先出原则，进行焊接。
According to the working order, make welding program, choose welding tools and adjust the fixture. Weld profiles based on the policy on first-in-first-out.
4. 检测焊接后的型材（测量某些指标），填写测量记录表。
Inspect the welded profile to check some indexes and fill in the measure records.
5. 发现NC产品，用记号笔在产品表面写上NC原因，并将NC产品放入NC区域。
If find NC products, write NC reason on the surface of NC product by marking pen and put it into NC area.
6. 机器运转时时刻注意设备情况，发现刀具断裂及时更换刀具。
Keep an eye on the equipment situation when it’s running and change the tool if find it broken.
7. 正确填写看板。
Fill in Kanban correctly.
8. 工作完毕填写生产日报表，清扫场地，擦净机床及周边的铝屑。
When the production ends, fill in the daily production report, clear the working area, clean up the machine body and aluminium chips nearby. |
